MonteCasino: Gardens, etc

MonteCasino Bird Park's gardens are quite stunning. Almost like a little Eden.







It is not just birds at the MonteCasino Bird Park. They have other creatures too!

In October we visited the MonteCasino Bird Park, Fourways, Johannesburg. It is definitely worth the visit. Here are some pics.

We could buy a type of porridge that we could then feed the birds.

Ballito - Chaka's Rock Beach - Tidal Pool

25 September 2008 - Chaka's Rock has one of the nicest tidal pools to snorkel in. It has a large variety of fish and urchins, etc.

25 September 2008 - Like at Thompson's Bay, the geology here is also quite breathtaking.

25 September 2008 - Although the splashing waves here weren't as spectacular as at Thompson's Bay, they were still wonderful to watch.
